I moved into PRIVA, a Manor Group Project. I must say that the Location is simply fantastic, it's both surrounded and open. The building is beautifully placed, and the quality of construction is very good. Although, the handover was promised for Dec'25, the project is complete well before time. There are all basic amenities, like Banquet Hall, Swimming Pool and a Basic Gym. Overall experience has been very pleasant.

It has been a pleasing experience witnessing the evolution of Priva right from the very early stage of booking our apartment. ATK Manor as a Developer has consistently demonstrated professionalism, time-bound execution, commitment, and responsiveness to clients' queries. We are satisfied with the outcome of the structural development, which has been delivered as per the layout shared with us at the outset. We look forward to long-term durability and a happy stay.
